Quick answer
To add Zoom links to your meetings, connect your Zoom account:
- Go to Meet N Sync → Config → Zoom Config.
- Select Connect with Zoom.
- Sign in to your Zoom account and authorize access.
- Confirm Zoom shows as connected on Zoom Config.
Once connected, choose Zoom under Meeting link when you create a meeting, or use Quick link on Meet.
Using Meet N' Sync with Zoom creates Zoom meeting details for your scheduled meetings and quick links—no extra copy-paste needed.
Connect your Zoom account
If Zoom is not set up for your workspace yet, a tenant admin must configure the Zoom OAuth app under Settings → Integrations (client ID, secret, and redirect URL). Until that is done, members may see a message that Zoom is not configured for this tenant.
- Open Meet N Sync → Config → Zoom Config.
- On the Zoom card, select Connect with Zoom.
- Sign in and authorize Meet N' Sync in Zoom.
- You return to Zoom Config with a success message: Zoom connected successfully.
- The page shows Connected as your Zoom email (when profile access is granted), with a Disconnect option.
Each member connects their own Zoom account. Connecting Zoom lets you create quick Zoom links and add Zoom to scheduled meetings.
After Zoom is connected
When someone creates a meeting with Zoom as the meeting link, Meet N' Sync:
- Creates a Zoom meeting and stores the join URL, Meeting ID, and Passcode.
- Shows those details under Location on the meeting so you can join or copy them.
- Updates the Zoom meeting when the Meet N' Sync meeting is rescheduled.
If Google Calendar is also connected, a Zoom join URL can appear as location text on the Google Calendar event. Zoom itself does not own the calendar invite flow—Meet N' Sync still sends its own invitation emails.
Quick link
On Meet, if Zoom is connected, the create menu includes Quick link:
- Select Quick link.
- Choose Zoom.
- Copy the join link, Meeting ID, and Passcode; share via your preferred channel; or select Join now.
Quick link creates an instant Zoom meeting. It does not create a Meet N' Sync meeting card.
Meeting link on create or edit
When you create or edit a timed meeting, use the Meeting link field:

Zoom permissions used by Meet N' Sync
Meet N' Sync uses these Zoom permissions to manage meetings for you:

If required scopes are missing, reconnect from Zoom Config so Meet N' Sync can create meetings again.
