Privacy Notice

How Meet N' Sync collects, uses, and shares personal information when you visit our website or use the product.

Effective date: August 21, 2026

Introduction

This Privacy Notice describes how Meet N' Sync (“Meet N' Sync,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), operated by TeamSlice, collects, uses, and discloses personal information in the course of our business. It applies to our marketing website and to the Meet N' Sync application, tools, booking pages, and meeting previews (together, the “Services”).

“Personal information” means information that identifies or can reasonably be linked to an individual, as protected under applicable privacy laws.

Who this notice covers

We act as a controller when we decide how to process personal information — for example, when you visit our website, submit a contact form, or create a Meet N' Sync account.

When a customer uses Meet N' Sync to schedule meetings, invite guests, collect RSVPs, share booking pages, or keep meeting topics and notes, that customer controls how guest and meeting data is used. In those cases we process that information as a service provider on the customer’s instructions. If you were invited to a meeting or used someone’s booking page, contact that organization about how your information is handled.

Information we collect

Information you provide

Information collected automatically

Information from integrations

If you connect Google Calendar or Google Meet, we receive only what is needed for that integration — typically availability (busy/free) windows, attendee and RSVP sync related to Meet N' Sync meetings, and the ability to add a Google Meet link when you choose. Private calendar event titles from Google remain private; we use availability for scheduling, not full calendar content beyond what the connection is designed to share.

Third-party services you connect are also governed by their own privacy policies.

Information we process for customers

Customers may submit or collect guest names, emails, RSVPs, booking selections, and meeting records through the Services. That customer data is processed to provide the Services to the customer. The customer is responsible for notice, consent, and lawful collection of that information.

How we use information

How we share information

We do not sell personal information. We may share information in these situations:

Public booking pages and meeting previews

Booking pages and read-only meeting previews are designed so guests can choose a time or view meeting details without joining a workspace. Those pages only expose the information needed for that flow. Do not put sensitive information in fields that will appear on a public or shared page.

Children

Meet N' Sync is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. You may also have the right to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

To make a privacy request about information we control, use the contact page. We may need to verify your identity before responding.

Security and retention

We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We retain personal information as long as needed to provide the Services, meet legal and contractual obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Customer workspace data is retained according to the customer’s account status and our retention practices; contact us if you need details about deletion after account closure.

International transfers

Meet N' Sync may be hosted and supported in countries other than where you live. When we transfer personal information internationally, we take steps designed to provide appropriate safeguards required by applicable law.

Third-party links

Our website and Services may link to third-party sites or services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, not this notice.

Changes to this notice

We may update this Privacy Notice from time to time. We will post the updated version with a revised effective date. If changes are material, we may provide additional notice through the Services or by email.
