These terms govern your access to and use of Meet N' Sync, including our website, workspaces, booking pages, and meeting tools.
Effective date: August 21, 2026
Please read these Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) carefully. By accessing or using Meet N' Sync (the “Services”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
Meet N' Sync is operated by TeamSlice (“Meet N' Sync,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Our Privacy Notice explains how we handle personal information and is incorporated by reference.
Meet N' Sync is a meeting coordination workspace. Features may include availability planning, invitations, RSVPs, booking pages, meeting records, topics and notes, read-only meeting previews, and optional connections to Google Calendar and Google Meet.
We may update, add, or remove features over time. Beta or experimental features may be offered as-is and changed or withdrawn without notice.
You agree to:
You represent that you are at least 16 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher) and that you will not use the Services if you are barred from doing so under applicable law.
You may not, and may not allow others to:
We may investigate suspected violations and suspend or terminate access when we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached.
“Customer Data” means content and data you or your workspace submit to the Services, including meeting details, topics, notes, invitee information, RSVPs, and booking information.
Optional integrations (including Google Calendar and Google Meet) are provided by third parties. Your use of those services is governed by their terms and privacy policies. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party services, their availability, or their handling of data once shared through an integration you enable.
We may change or discontinue an integration if the third party changes its APIs, terms, or availability.
If you purchase a paid plan, you agree to pay the fees described at purchase or in an order form. Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise. You are responsible for applicable taxes. We or our payment processors may store and use billing details to charge recurring fees for subscription plans until you cancel according to the plan’s terms.
We may suspend access for unpaid amounts after reasonable notice where permitted.
Meet N' Sync, including the website, software, design, branding, and documentation, is owned by us or our licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Services for your internal business or personal scheduling needs, subject to these Terms.
You may not copy, modify, or distribute our materials except as allowed by these Terms. Feedback you provide may be used by us freely without obligation to you.
Each party may receive non-public information from the other that is marked or reasonably understood to be confidential. The receiving party will protect that information with reasonable care and use it only to perform under these Terms, except for information that is public, independently developed, or rightfully received from another source without duty of confidentiality. Disclosure may be made if required by law, with notice to the other party when legally permitted.
Except as expressly stated in these Terms, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that scheduling results, calendar sync, or third-party integrations will always be complete or accurate.
Meeting coordination depends on information you and your guests provide, and on third-party calendars when connected. You remain responsible for confirming times and communications that matter to your business.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Meet N' Sync and TeamSlice will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption, arising out of or related to the Services or these Terms, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total aggregate liability arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services will not exceed the greater of (a) the amounts you paid us for the Services in the twelve (12) months before the claim arose, or (b) one hundred US dollars (USD $100).
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
You will defend and indemnify Meet N' Sync and TeamSlice against claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from (a) your Customer Data; (b) your use of the Services in violation of these Terms or law; (c) your invitations, booking pages, or guest communications; or (d) your use of third-party integrations.
You may stop using the Services at any time and may request account closure through product settings or by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if continued use poses a security or operational risk.
Upon termination, your right to use the Services ends. Provisions that by their nature should survive (including ownership, Customer Data licenses already exercised, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnities) will survive.
We may modify these Terms by posting an updated version with a new effective date. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Services.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless a different governing law is required by mandatory local law. Courts located in Ontario will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms, except where prohibited.
